� Create an inspirational environment - Your environment sets the atmosphere and tone for you personally. If you are surviving in an inspirational environment, you are likely to be inspired daily.
� Overcome your fears - All people have fears. Anxiety about uncertainty, nervous about presenting and public speaking, anxiety about risk. Our fears keep us in the same position which will help prevent us from growing. Notice that your fears reflect locations where you can grow. Face your fears squarely. Seek some experts help if needed to conquer these fears.
� Have a very fixed exercise routine - Never compromise on exercise. A fit and healthy body will be the starting point towards your individual growth
� Escape your rut - Real growth incorporates efforts and sweat. Being too comfortable doesn't help us grow - commemorate us stagnate. Start trying something totally new, undertake tasks and assignments which you have not done before
� Focus on one goal with to-do list - Start your day having a list of tasks you want to complete. This will help you to keep focused, and slowly boost your daily productivity. You'll feel better when you're happy with your days achievements
� Study on people who inspire you - Consider people you admire, people who inspire you. It may be your favourite sportsman, a hardcore working entrepreneur, or even your father/mother/brother or friend. These people reflect certain qualities you need to have by yourself too, so try and get the professionals of such people
� Wake up early - Early to sleep, and early to rise is recommended for good reasons. Rising up at the beginning of the morning allows you enhance your productivity along with your total well being. You start becoming in sync with nature
� Steer clear of negative people - Wherever we go, you can find certain to be negative people. Don't spend too much of energy around them if you think they drag you down.
